How can I become a member?​

Members join the club at either our Basic, Bronze, Silver or Gold membership levels. New subscribers undergo a review prior to final acceptance. Once accepted, you will then be asked to complete the process by paying our membership subscription fee (if applicable). Payment must be made in full and by credit card. Afterwards, you will receive personal access information for the private social network along with your membership ID to access member benefits within our website. Click Here to Join

What is the cost of membership?

We offer monthly or annual membership subscriptions (we recommend an annual subscription which saves you money). Your subscription is non-exchangeable and non-transferrable. Our subscriptions on average come to about the price of a daily cappuccino!

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and bank transfer.

How long will it take for me to become a member?

We process your request as quickly as possible. Once we have received your completed application the approval process takes up to 72 hours or 1-3 business days.

How do I find my member ID number?

For Silver and Gold Members: Your member ID will be assigned you and sent in a separate email when you sign up for your membership and will clearly be marked on the electronic documents you receive once payment is processed. Alternatively you may call Member Services toll free 1+833-CBP-INTL, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST weekdays to retrieve your ID number.

How soon do I get membership benefits after I join?

Your membership benefits are active the date your dues are paid as a new member, or when you renew and pay your subscription as a continuing member. You will receive your membership ID number (your key code) which you may immediately use to access VIP benefits on any of our luxury lifestyle partner products or services located within The Gold Door and The Vault. Silver and Gold Membership levels each hold a different percentage of discount and advantages.

How do I redeem Member Benefits?

Each Member Benefit can be redeemed by clicking the Redeem this Benefit button located at the bottom of each benefit's page in The Gold Door and The Vault. You will be taken to our on-site Butler Concierge who will attend to your requests. Once the benefit is set up with our Butler you will be able to redeem your benefit right away. Whether in person or via phone, be sure to have your Member Name and Membership ID information available to confirm your identity along with a valid photo ID which are required at time of redemption.

I'm having a problem redeeming a Benefit. What do I do?

Questions or problems with redeeming benefits are handled by our Butler either:

  • Contact via Member Support Forum located in the The Gold Door and The Vault
Our Butler will help resolve your issues as swiftly as possible. Please note, some cases might require contacting our Brand Partners. As such, resolving certain benefit redemption issues might require waiting until regular weekday business hours.

Can my friends or family use my Card or account to redeem Benefits?

Our subscriptions are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable. Only the subscribed CBP Member can redeem Benefits and access the benefits of being a member. Doing otherwise will jeopardize your membership.

Do Brand Partners or Benefits change?

As a general rule, all Benefits available in The Gold Door and The Vault are available for 12 months and upgraded to newer or improved benefit package at time of renewal. You benefit either way. We will continue to add new benefits based on member feedback and brand involvement.

Does my membership expire?

Your Membership Subscription is valid from the date of your subscription or renewal and is good for 12 months. If you cancel your membership or your membership is terminated, your Member ID will be rendered invalid.

Is there a member code of conduct?

Yes. We ask that members be courteous and respectful to all members, visitors, volunteers, and staff. If a member’s behavior is deemed inappropriate by staff, the member may be asked to leave. If there are multiple recorded instances of disruptive behavior, the member may be asked to not attend further events, or the membership may be revoked. (Please also see our Terms of Service)

How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to see you go! You will need to contact us directly to cancel your membership. Please email our office at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will assist you in the cancellation process. Once cancelled, your membership ID will no longer be valid.

THE VAULT

What is it? CBP International offers qualifying members a private portfolio of rare finds, antiquities and real estate offers from around the world. We provide you the information and referral and our special rates and discounts in the luxury goods industry.

Are the Vault items authentic?

CBP International's prohibits replicas, counterfeit items and unauthorized copies, even with a disclaimer. Our curator verifies authenticity of the items. We do our utmost to provide a COA, GIA or guarantee; however, it still falls to the buyer to contact the manufacturer to check your items' authenticity.
